Processing Time

  • Custom or made-to-order doors may require additional processing time, typically [1-12 weeks], depending on the design and materials chosen.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Available for all products, including room doors, pivot doors, and interior doors.

Express Shipping

  • Available for in-stock items only.

Freight Shipping (Large Orders)

  • Required for bulk orders or oversized items, such as large pivot doors or custom designs.

Please note: Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over N25,000,000 (terms and conditions apply).

  • Custom orders may incur additional shipping fees due to size and weight.


Local Pickup

We offer a free local pickup option from our warehouse located at Plot C85, Cadastral Zone 07-05, Dawaki District opp.Gwarimpa, Along Murtala Mohammed Express Way, Dawaki, Abuja, Nigeria. If you choose this option:

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup hours are 8am to 6pm

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.


Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to every part of nigeria.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size of our products.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within [7 days] of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.


Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure your doors arrive safely, but if you encounter any issues:

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier.

  • Report damaged or missing items to us within [7 business days] of delivery by contacting

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number for quicker resolution.
